Hablo por mí, así que de ninguna manera lo que digo, ni es dogmático ni es teórico. 

La idiosincrasia del propietario, empresario o emprendedor es particular de cada persona. Sin embargo, sí creo que hay coincidencias y semejanzas entre ellos.

En el principio y sin duda, el propietario por encima de cualquier otra cosa es un creador. 

Poco o mucho puede ser o hacer de disparador para que una persona decida iniciar un proyecto empresarial propio. Pero si tengo que definir en una palabra a un propietario es –libertad–. Ser dueño de tu destino en el ámbito profesional. La idea de montar un negocio viene como consecuencia de esa necesidad de libertad.

Puede que también lo sea, pero no considero al propietario ni valiente, ni temerario, ni atrevido, … el creador sólo se deja llevar por un impulso que no puede controlar –la intuición–. 

No es fácil explicar la intuición: ¿es deseo, es voluntad o es instinto?, no sabría definirla. Pero si puedo decir que es mágica. Nada puede fracasar cuando la acción se deriva de la intuición.

Es verdad que la iniciativa de construir un proyecto empresarial surge a partir de una idea de negocio. Y claro que hay que hacer un Plan de negocio; a corto, medio y largo plazo. Y ya no te digo tener que conseguir el capital para iniciarlo, estudiar el mercado, tu competencia y todo lo demás que ya sabemos. Y aun así vuelvo al principio de este texto: libertad e intuición. Lo demás es más fácil.

No lo quiero hacer muy largo, aunque necesito un par de párrafos más. Lo que quiero decir es que cuando inicies un proyecto empresarial debes saber y sentir que el proyecto nace de tu interior y no de cien folios de análisis o estudios de mercado.

Da lo mismo si entras en un mercado que está saturado porque es el sector que ya conoces y quieres entrar con nuevas ideas; o por el contrario es una actividad nueva y sin competencia. Tu proyecto se creará desde la intuición, desde el deseo y la voluntad. Y te aseguro al cien por cien que no hay fallo, siempre sale bien. 

También es como te vas a convertir en el líder de tu empresa y al que tus colaboradores seguirán sin dudar.

Y, por más años que pasen, nunca olvides que, cuando tengas que tomar decisiones importantes para tu empresa, asegúrate que estas salgan siempre de tu intuición; y piensa que la intuición nunca tiene prisa, sólo se toma su tiempo.

I speak for myself, so in no way what I say is dogmatic or theoretical.

The idiosyncrasy of the owner, businessman or entrepreneur is particular to each person. However, I do believe that there are coincidences and similarities between them.

In the beginning and without a doubt, the owner above all else is a creator.

Little or much can be or trigger a person to decide to start their own business project. But if I have to define an owner in one word, it is –freedom–. Be the owner of your destiny in the professional field. The idea of ​​starting a business comes as a consequence of that need for freedom.

It may also be, but I do not consider the owner brave, reckless, or daring, … the creator only lets himself be carried away by an impulse that he cannot control -intuition-.

It is not easy to explain intuition: is it desire, is it will or is it instinct? I would not know how to define it. But I can say that it is magical. Nothing can fail when action is derived from intuition.

It is true that the initiative to build a business project arises from a business idea. And of course you have to make a business plan; in the short, medium and long term. And I’m no longer telling you to have to get the capital to start it, study the market, your competition and everything else that we already know. And yet I return to the beginning of this text: freedom and intuition. The rest is easier.

I don’t want to make it too long, although I need a couple more paragraphs. What I mean is that when you start a business project you must know and feel that the project comes from within you and not from a hundred pages of analysis or market studies.

It doesn’t matter if you enter a market that is saturated because it is the sector that you already know and you want to enter with new ideas; or on the contrary, it is a new activity without competition. Your project will be created from intuition, from desire and will. And I assure you one hundred percent that there is no mistake, it always turns out well.

It is also how you are going to become the leader of your company and one that your collaborators will follow without hesitation.

And, no matter how many years pass, never forget that, when you have to make important decisions for your company, make sure that these always come from your intuition; and think that intuition is never in a hurry, it just takes its time.
