Empezaré diciendo que toda Empresa y cualquier Compañía Mercantil, tiene su propia lógica, y la aplica de forma coherente y sin contradicciones.

Además, la Empresa como organización, es un Ente que tiene vida propia: nace, crece y se desarrolla. También puede sobrevivir a su creador e incluso a sus continuadores. 

Sin embargo, cuando una Empresa muere nunca muere sola, todo lo que contenga o pertenezca a ella será eliminado y desaparecerá para siempre.

Decir que, en la lógica de la Empresa, la compañía tiene reglas sencillas y básicas: nunca discute decisiones ni propone nada, sólo cumple órdenes de forma disciplinada. Y cuando las ejecuta, lo hace con coherencia, lealtad y también sin piedad. Para ello, trabaja con lo que tiene, sin quejas y sólo se nutre de lo que le dan. 

Saber que, la Empresa se enfrenta a su competencia incluso sin tener armas suficientes, y siempre lo hace con valor. No entiende el miedo ni la huida y cuando es superior aplasta sin compasión ni resentimiento, sólo incorpora el terreno conquistado. 

Así pues, la Lógica de la Empresa como Ente no acepta las críticas ni las alabanzas, nunca se siente culpable ni victoriosa de nada. La empresa no siente ni el dolor ni el goce, solo ofrece resultados. No espera ni el castigo ni el agradecimiento. La empresa como Ente no ve la organización como propia, sólo espera instrucciones.

Y por supuesto, la Lógica de la Empresa no toca un céntimo de la cuenta de resultados sin orden expresa; tampoco cuestiona los gastos, y nunca se hace responsable de las pérdidas, tampoco se alegra de las ganancias.

Así que, todo propietario o colaborador debe saber que la lógica de la empresa es propia y que ella nunca se equivoca; nunca. 

Para ir acabando diré que, cuando has creado una Empresa, has creado un Ente propio al que debes amar siempre, aun sabiendo que si no va bien al primero que eliminará será a ti. 

También te digo que vale la pena. La Empresa como Ente jamás te hará daño, todo lo contrario, si la quieres, la respetas y le das lo que necesita, ella te devolverá muchísimo más de lo que le ofreciste.

And when he executes them, he does so with consistency, loyalty and also without mercy. To do this, he works with what he has, without complaints and only nourishes himself with what they give him.

Know that, the Company faces its competition even without having sufficient weapons, and always does so with courage. It does not understand fear or flight and when it is superior it crushes without compassion or resentment, it only incorporates the conquered terrain.

Thus, the Logic of the Company as an Entity does not accept criticism or praise, it never feels guilty or victorious over anything. The company feels neither the pain nor the joy, it only delivers results. He expects neither punishment nor gratitude. The company as an Entity does not see the organization as its own, it only waits for instructions.

And of course, the Company’s Logic does not touch a cent of the income statement without express order; It also does not question expenses, and is never responsible for losses, nor is it happy about profits.

So, every owner or collaborator must know that the company’s logic is its own and that it is never wrong; never.

To finish, I will say that, when you have created a Company, you have created your own Entity that you must always love, even knowing that if it does not go well, the first one that will be eliminated will be you.

I also tell you that it is worth it. The Company as an Entity will never harm you, on the contrary, if you love it, respect it and give it what it needs, it will give you back much more than what you offered it.
