Aún que, voy a empezar un poco negativo con este texto, pienso conseguir acabarlo en positivo. Y lo sé con seguridad porque en el pensamiento del propietario su mundo siempre se construye en positivo.

Te lo creas o no, en el pensamiento del propietario no está: estafar, abusar, enriquecerse ilícitamente, robar, extorsionar, aprovecharse, engañar, explotar, sobornar, ser avaricioso, … Podría seguir con más calificativos que se han añadido al colectivo de propietarios y empresarios.

Sinceramente creo que hoy no existe ninguna profesión o colectivo con peor reputación en nuestra sociedad.  La verdad es que cuesta entenderlo 

Por supuesto que, en una compañía hay dos partes: empleados y propietarios.

Y también, está bastante claro que el “divide y vencerás”, es tan viejo como la propia humanidad, táctica que, en la actualidad, es utilizada continuamente en el mundo empresarial. Lo que no parece, es que muchos quieran detenerse a pensar, ¿Quién se beneficia, en cada momento, de esa estrategia? ¿Y desde luego quién pierde?

Porque es cierto y porque es un asunto que ya dura varios años, ya vale de situar en una mala posición social a los empresarios y propietarios; a la vez que se confronta continuamente a empresarios y empleados. Con esto espero que lo que digo no pase desapercibido. 

Sinceramente, me cuesta entender cómo la gente acepta tan fácilmente que en un país como el nuestro y en un sistema ordenado por leyes y reglamentos, y que todos hemos aceptado, se dé por hecho que la mayoría de los empresarios y propietarios conduzcan sus negocios vulnerando las leyes y saltándose los reglamentos. Porque si es así, vaya desastre de sistema.

¿A caso la gente cree que en nuestro país las instituciones que velan por el cumplimiento de tales leyes y reglamentos dan un trato especial a propietarios y empresarios? Aún peor, ¿Qué deliberadamente se favorece a una parte de la sociedad en perjuicio de la otra parte?

Tampoco no puedo creer que la gente de por considerado que si un empresario se salta las leyes laborales o fiscales, que no cumple el estatuto de los trabajadores, ni cumple con sus deberes fiscales y además hace caso omiso de los convenios y tablas salariales y que todo esto para los propietarios y los empresarios no tenga ninguna consecuencia. 

Y por supuesto que, en el reino de los humanos y como todo el mundo puede entender hay buenos y malos. Pero si el juicio viene sólo desde la opinión y no desde los hechos, ¿Entonces para qué queremos leyes, regulaciones y supervisores del sistema?

Es desesperanzador cuando da igual como lleves tu negocio, cumpliendo con todo y el entorno siga pensando que eres algo negativo para tu comunidad.

Quizás, habría que reprimirse un poco en opiniones generalistas, que desacreditan y desconsideran a una parte de la población, sin pudor, de forma inmoral y con resentimiento.

¿Cómo puede alguien pensar que en una sociedad que se entiende moderna y ordenada en sus leyes y normas, existe una parte de la población que actúa al margen y se enriquece a costa de otros? Esto es de locura. 

¿Por qué no sentirse feliz, como comunidad, cuando a un propietario las cosas le van bien y tiene éxito en los negocios? ¿A caso es menos meritorio que cualquier otra profesión? 

Con ironía digo que, no he conocido a ningún propietario que haga pluriempleo y que además de ser empresario ejerza de juez de sala, inspector de hacienda, o inspector de la seguridad social y que con ello saque beneficio para su negocio. Claro que no, porque todos estamos sometidos a las mismas normas y reglamentos; y cuando un propietario o empresa no las cumple, la ley le cae encima, más tarde o más temprano, con multas, sanciones o cese de actividad.

Desde luego, no pienso calificar a los propietarios ni como héroes ni como villanos, porque está claro que son como cualquier otro colectivo de nuestra sociedad.

Lo que ocurre es que, el propietario pertenece a un colectivo más de nuestra sociedad actual y al igual que todos los demás colectivos profesionales, sólo cumple con su misión. Entonces, si este colectivo, el de los propietarios y empresarios tiene que desaparecer, pues vale. ¡Y si es así, ya nos comunicarán a dónde tenemos que recolocarnos…!

Cierro ya este tema, sólo digo que, desde un profesional autónomo, sin ningún empleado a su cargo, o como propietario de una gran multinacional, los propietarios son simple y llanamente empleados por cuenta propia. Y eso no es malo, o por lo menos no lo había sido hasta ahora.

Sigo. Es difícil ver a un propietario hacer cola en un despacho de loterías para comprar un número. En el pensamiento del propietario no parece percibirse el creer en la suerte. Sólo confía en su talento e intuición. La suerte, si existe, estoy seguro de que no se para a comprobar la cuenta bancaria de nadie. A demás un propietario siempre piensa que si le tiene que llegar la suerte, que le pille trabajando.

Sin duda alguna, en el pensamiento del propietario siempre hay dos ideas principales: independencia y libertad. El propietario es un creador, un hacedor de magia. Se alimenta de la ilusión. Sólo es pragmático en la ejecución, pero nunca en la proyección. Siempre se mueve primero por intuición y después por razón y oficio. 

De verdad creo y estoy absolutamente convencido de que, si las circunstancias fueran favorables, convenientes y se crearan las condiciones y oportunidades necesarias, muchísima gente iniciaría su propio negocio; igual y como ya ha sucedido en el pasado. Tampoco, nuestro talento innato no iría a buscarlas fuera. Cuando un agricultor ve que sus tierras ya no producen lo suficiente deja de cultivarlas y se va a otras tierras más fértiles. Lo peor, sin embargo, es cuando tiene tierras fértiles, pero carece del ambiente y del entorno apropiado para trabajarlas.

Que nadie ponga en duda que, en el pensamiento del propietario siempre está escuchar a todo el mundo, pero él toma sus propias decisiones, basadas en sus conocimientos y experiencia y se resiste a cualquier presión que considere inapropiada para el negocio.

¿Alguien duda que, un propietario arriesga de forma continua su patrimonio y asume todas las consecuencias? Y aun así pasa que, el fracaso le acompaña varias veces durante su vida profesional, pero tiene muy claro que, sólo que el éxito se le acerque una sola vez eso será suficiente.

En consecuencia, el propietario, ya sea por conocimientos o por experiencia, imagina un proyecto profesional que solo dependa de él. En el pensamiento del propietario no habita como prioridad el hacerse rico, eso será consecuencia del éxito, él piensa sólo en hacer crecer el negocio y compartir su iniciativa con los demás.

Igualmente, está siempre presente en el pensamiento del propietario que su proyecto, puede que no salga bien en el primer intento, o sí. Con todo, al propietario le da igual porque, no importa lo que tardas en llegar a la cima de la montaña, lo importante es llegar. Y además, el recorrido del camino hasta la cima siempre merece mucho la pena.

También puedo asegurar que, lo que más ilusión le hace a un propietario es incorporar nuevos clientes y contratar más colaboradores. 

Sabido es que la vanidad es nominal, al igual que el egoísmo o la codicia. Así que, es innato de cualquier individuo de cualquier parte o colectivo de la sociedad; incluso de la vida misma. A pesar de todo, la solución de cualquier conflicto es fácil y llega siempre cuando lo más importante y prioritario es el negocio.

Con todo, la fortaleza de un propietario es su convencimiento y su seguridad en el éxito, después su voluntad y tenacidad. No entiende la derrota. Como ya he escrito otras veces, el empresario es un creador; nunca hace nada si no lo ha imaginado antes. Y se alimenta de la ilusión, él cree en la magia. En el pensamiento del propietario siempre se antecede la intuición a la razón. Primero debe haber fantasía y después un juicio lógico de ejecución. 

Para acabar, un tema muy simple: una compañía sólo y únicamente sobrevive y tiene futuro si tiene beneficios. ¿O, acaso la misión de una compañía no es otra que obtener beneficios? Sin beneficios: ni invierte, ni investiga, ni desarrolla, ni abre mercados, ni se libra de los intereses de préstamos, ni gasta en formación, ni todo aquello que necesita.

Termino, no escribo esto para concienciar a nadie, ni de lo uno ni de lo otro. Sólo escribo para los propietarios. 

Sé seguro que, en el pensamiento del propietario no hay tormenta ni calma que permita relajarse. Así que fuerza y adelante, vale la pena, os lo aseguro…!!!

In the thinking of the businessman

Even though I’m going to start a little negatively with this text, I plan to end it positively. And I know this for sure because in the owner’s thinking his world is always built positively.

Whether you believe it or not, the owner’s thoughts do not include: swindling, abusing, illicitly enriching oneself, stealing, extorting, taking advantage, deceiving, exploiting, bribing, being greedy,… I could go on with more qualifiers that have been added to the group of owners. and entrepreneurs.

I sincerely believe that today there is no profession or group with a worse reputation in our society. The truth is that it is difficult to understand.

Of course, in a company there are two parts: employees and owners. AND

Also, it is quite clear that “divide and conquer” is as old as humanity itself, a tactic that, today, is used continuously in the business world. What it does not seem like is that many want to stop and think, Who benefits, at all times, from that strategy? And of course who loses?

Because it is true and because it is an issue that has been going on for several years, it is enough to place businessmen and owners in a bad social position; at the same time that employers and employees are continually confronted. With this I hope that what I say does not go unnoticed.

Honestly, it is difficult for me to understand how people accept so easily that in a country like ours and in a system ordered by laws and regulations, and that we have all accepted, it is taken for granted that the majority of businessmen and owners conduct their businesses violating laws and breaking regulations. Because if so, what a disaster of a system.

Do people believe that in our country the institutions that ensure compliance with such laws and regulations give special treatment to owners and businessmen? Even worse, is it deliberately favoring one part of society to the detriment of the other part?

neither, I can not believe that people consider that if an employer breaks labor or tax laws, that he does not comply with the workers’ statute, nor does he comply with his tax duties and also ignores the agreements and salary tables and that All this has no consequences for owners and businessmen.

And of course, in the human kingdom and as everyone can understand, there are good guys and bad guys. But if the judgment comes only from opinion and not from the facts, then why do we want laws, regulations and supervisors of the system?

It is hopeless when it doesn’t matter how you run your business, complying with everything and the environment continues to think that you are something negative for your community.

Perhaps, we should hold back a little on generalist opinions, which discredit and disregard a part of the population, shamelessly, immorally and with resentment.

How can anyone think that in a society that is understood to be modern and ordered in its laws and norms, there is a part of the population that acts on the margins and enriches itself at the expense of others? This is crazy.

Why not feel happy, as a community, when an owner does well and is successful in business? Is it less meritorious than any other profession?

I say with irony that I have not met any owner who moonlights and who, in addition to being a businessman, acts as a courtroom judge, tax inspector, or social security inspector and who thereby benefits his business. Of course not, because we are all subject to the same rules and regulations; and when an owner or company does not comply, the law falls upon them, sooner or later, with fines, sanctions or cessation of activity.

Of course, I am not going to classify the owners as heroes or villains, because it is clear that they are like any other group in our society.

What happens is that the owner belongs to another group in our current society and like all other professional groups, he only fulfills his mission. So, if this group, that of owners and businessmen, has to disappear, then okay. And if so, they will tell us where we have to relocate…!

I’ll close this topic now, I’m just saying that, as a self-employed professional, without any employees under his/her responsibility, or as the owner of a large multinational, the owners are simply self-employed. And that’s not a bad thing, or at least it hasn’t been until now.

I follow. It is difficult to see an owner queue at a lottery office to buy a number. Believing in luck does not seem to be perceived in the thoughts of an owner. Just trust your talent and intuition. Luck, if it exists, I’m sure it doesn’t stop to check anyone’s bank account. Furthermore, an owner always thinks that if luck has to come to him, it will catch him working.

Without a doubt, in the Owner’s thinking there are always two main ideas: independence and freedom. The owner is a creator, a magic maker. It feeds on illusion. It is only pragmatic in execution, but never in projection. He always moves first by intuition and then by reason and craft.

I truly believe and I am absolutely convinced that, if the circumstances were favorable, convenient and the necessary conditions and opportunities were created, many people would start their own business; the same and as has already happened in the past. Nor, our innate talent would not go looking for them outside. When a farmer sees that his land no longer produces enough, he stops cultivating it and moves to other, more fertile lands. The worst, however, is when you have fertile land, but lack the appropriate environment and environment to work it.

Let no one doubt that the owner always thinks about listening to everyone, but he makes his own decisions, based on his knowledge and experience, and resists any pressure he considers inappropriate for the business.

Does anyone doubt that an owner continually risks his assets and assumes all the consequences? And yet it happens that failure accompanies him several times during his professional life, but he is very clear that just having success approach him once will be enough.

Consequently, the owner, whether due to knowledge or experience, imagines a professional project that depends only on him. In the owner’s thoughts, getting rich is not a priority, that will be a consequence of success, he only thinks about growing the business and sharing his initiative with others.

Likewise, it is always present in the owner’s mind that his project may not turn out well on the first try, or it may. However, the owner doesn’t care because it doesn’t matter how long it takes to get to the top of the mountain, the important thing is to get there. And besides, the journey to the top is always well worth it.

I can also assure you that what an owner is most excited about is incorporating new clients and hiring more collaborators.

It is known that vanity is nominal, just like selfishness or greed. So, it is innate to any individual from any part or collective of society; even of life itself. Despite everything, the solution to any conflict is easy and always comes when the most important and priority thing is the business.

However, the strength of an owner is his conviction and his confidence in success, then his will and tenacity. He doesn’t understand defeat. As I have written before, the entrepreneur is a creator; He never does anything if he hasn’t imagined it before. And he feeds on illusion, he believes in magic. In the owner’s thinking, intuition always comes before reason. First there must be fantasy and then a logical judgment of execution.

To finish, a very simple topic: a company only survives and has a future if it makes profits. Or is the mission of a company nothing other than making profits? Without benefits: it neither invests, nor investigates, nor develops, nor opens markets, nor is it free from loan interest, nor does it spend on training, nor everything else it needs.

I conclude, I am not writing this to raise awareness among anyone, neither of one nor the other. I only write for owners.

I know for sure that, in the owner’s thoughts, there is no storm or calm that allows him to relax. So keep going and keep going, it’s worth it, I assure you…!!!
